About The Position

The Dispatch Manager at TMAAT Denver Metro LLC is responsible for overseeing the operations of crewmembers who perform moving services for customers. This role involves effective communication with customers regarding move logistics and requires punctuality as the manager will operate across multiple locations in the Denver Metro area. The Dispatch Manager also handles various administrative tasks, including payment processing and fleet maintenance, while providing training and support to new hires.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or dispatching in the moving industry.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.
  • Valid driver's license.

  • Experience in the moving industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and dispatch crews on time with necessary tools and information.
  • Communicate with customers regarding move confirmations, check-ins, reschedules, and cancellations.
  • Handle payment processing after moves are completed.
  • Track fleet and yard maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Assist with new hire orientation and training for mover/driver positions.
  • Investigate and solve problems as they arise for staff and customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all paperwork related to moves and crew management.
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
