About The Position

Texas Pride Fuels is an experienced full-service diesel and lubricant supplier to the oil and gas industry. We specialize in on-site automated frac fueling service all over Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico. The Dispatch/Logistics Coordinator will ensure the efficient and safe distribution of fuel products to our valued customers by utilizing strong organizational skills, real-time monitoring capabilities, and effective communication with company drivers and vendors.

Requirements

• Sufficient experience in the efficient dispatching of commercial vehicles.
• Experience in the movement of product to customer locations utilizing GPS tracking technology and real-time data feeds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient and safe distribution of fuel products to customers.
• Utilize strong organizational skills and real-time monitoring capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with company drivers and vendors.
• Establish strong communication with customers.
• Enforce adherence to company safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with company drivers and related departmental staff.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and operational efficiency.

• Overtime pay for hours over 40 each week.
