About The Position
Dispatch Coordinator – Jr. Location: On-site (Garden City, GA) Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Expected Start Date: ASAP Reports to: Operations / Transportation
Nice To Haves
- Experience in dispatch or logistics (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (basic–intermediate).
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments with ports, warehouses, and customers.
- Verify and collect required documentation (BOL, POD, LOA) and upload to the customer portal.
- Monitor and coordinate chassis maintenance (repairs, inspections, tire changes, etc.).
- Track shipments in real time (ETA, arrivals, delays) and update the TMS accordingly.
