About The Position

R+L Carriers has immediate need for a Dispatch Clerk to work at our Fontana, CA Service Center. Responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-line system, redirecting calls to appropriate contacts, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers. Other duties may apply as requested by management. Successful candidates for this position must possess a good work ethic and be trusted to handle valuable customer freight.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
• Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
• Dependable and well organized
• Must be computer literate
• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Answering calls on a multi-line system
• Redirecting calls to appropriate contacts
• Data entry
• Processing driver paperwork
• Assisting dispatchers
• Other duties may apply as requested by management
