The Dispatch Assistant will help the dispatch crew such as the Area load Planner & Area CSR with daily tasks along with helping the Maintenance guy(s) set up shops to fix equipment. This role involves assisting customers and drivers, managing operational risks, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. The Dispatch Assistant will also be responsible for various administrative tasks related to dispatching and maintenance scheduling.
