About the position
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Assistant / Warehouse Coordinator to support the daily logistics and operations of our moving company. Coleman Worldwide Moving has been in business since 1914 with 110+ years of experience and we invite you to come join OUR TEAM! Compensation ranges from $19 to $23 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating dispatch activities
- Assisting with scheduling and routing of moving crews
- Ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse including inventory control and equipment readiness.

- Highly organized and proactive
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with teams and clients.
