About The Position

This is a Part-Time position available from Monday to Friday, with shifts from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Requirements

  • Knowledge and skillful in Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Availability to work a 2nd shift schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Satisfying customers by providing consistent and reliable on time pick-up and delivery of shipments.
  • Assisting the Service Center Manager, Operations Manager and/or Supervisors.
  • Providing assistance to Drivers.
  • Preparing bills of lading and delivery receipts.
  • Maintaining excellent communication with external and internal customers as well as interline companies.
  • Assisting with data entry, answering phones, freight reports, driver collect reports, billing and filling.
