Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent — previous experience in a dispatch or PBX role is a plus!
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
• Comfortable using communication systems like phones, radios, and service request software.
• Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure.
• Familiarity with resort or hospitality operations is a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information or direct callers to the right department.
• Log and dispatch guest and team member service requests promptly.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and more to ensure swift resolutions.
• Monitor communication channels, responding to emergency calls and service requests.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
• Accurately document all calls and follow up on any unresolved issues.
• Coordinate emergency services when necessary and inform relevant departments.
• Stay informed about resort activities, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests.
• Support with clerical tasks like record-keeping and administrative duties.
