About The Position

As a Professional Intern in the Disneyland Resort Industrial Engineering program, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a world-class organization. This internship is designed to develop your professional skills and enhance your practical knowledge across various operating areas within the company. You will engage in a variety of analytic and consulting projects that support different lines of business, including Merchandise, Attractions, and Entertainment. This role is not just about traditional Industrial Engineering tasks; it’s about applying your skills in a dynamic environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. During your internship, you will conduct Industrial Engineering analysis projects focusing on operational planning support, workload planning and forecasting, capacity utilization, and efficiency/process improvements. You will ensure that the appropriate methodologies, measurements, tools, and quantitative techniques are applied in your projects. This includes data collection, computer simulation, statistics, and process flow analysis. You will also lead and participate in team efforts, working on projects that require collaboration with all levels of cast and management. This internship is an excellent opportunity to network with other Industrial Engineers and build lasting professional relationships that span the globe.
