About The Position
The Disney College & International Recruitment Intern position is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team responsible for creating innovative campus recruitment programs for the Walt Disney Company. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about building relationships and are eager to support the daily operations of the Disney College Program Recruitment and candidate engagement. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of on-campus recruiters, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed. You will assist in organizing virtual pre-arrival engagement sessions aimed at inspiring and preparing future program participants. Additionally, you will help coordinate Disney Alumni Association engagement events, manage program arrivals and onboarding processes, and respond to participant inquiries via email and phone. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in operational processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of people, processes, and technology.
