About The Position

New Store Opening! The Coborn’s Global Table team is excited to hire dishwashers for our growing team! The Dishwasher is a vital part of our kitchen team, keeping everything clean, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you will ensure all dishes, utensils, cookware, and workstations are sanitized and ready for use—allowing our cooks to focus on creating great food and delivering excellent service. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficiency, safety, and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to meet food safety and sanitation standards
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by collecting and properly disposing of trash and recyclables
Refill dishwashing, cleaning, and kitchen supply stations to keep operations running without interruption
Clean, sanitize, and properly close prep and cooking stations at the end of each shift
Respond quickly to spills, broken dishes, or other hazards to ensure a safe work environment
