Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, etc., either by hand or using dishwashing machines.
- Ensuring that all kitchen equipment and surfaces are clean and sanitized. This includes cleaning countertops, stoves, ovens, and other kitchen appliances.
- Properly storing clean dishes and utensils in designated areas. Also, organizing storage areas and keeping them tidy.
- Supporting kitchen staff by helping with food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, or preparing simple dishes.
