The dishwasher/steward is responsible for cleaning the dishes and equipment used in the preparation and serving of events at Mayo Foundation House and Walters House. This role involves coordinating with the manager and supervisors to maintain the dishroom and all related storage areas in an efficiently organized manner. Additionally, the dishwasher/steward accurately counts and labels all dishware, glassware, and silverware needed for setting upcoming events.
