About The Position
Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living is seeking dedicated utility workers/dishwashers to join our team at our beautiful 94-acre continuing care retirement community located in Short Pump, Virginia. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently, ultimately contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our residents. As a utility worker/dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dining, and storage areas, as well as assisting with food preparation and equipment upkeep. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values quality of life, with hours that are not typical of late-night restaurant shifts. In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will support the stock/utility team members with inventory management, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking of supplies. Safety is a priority, and you will be expected to work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE).
