As a Seasonal Dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining food & beverage storage/preparation/cooking areas and equipment. Ensuring that they are kept at the highest level of sanitation and quality, while being considered an all-around culinary team member. You will operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor. You will confirm that all food items are stored properly to meet with HGVC and state regulations. Additionally, you will clean and wash work area, refrigerator and utensils and prep area for the next day, and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated areas. You will assist as the manager sees fit in other areas of food and beverage such as the marketplace and catering events; willing to 'pitch-in' and help co-workers with their job duties and be an outstanding teammate.
