About The Position

Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village is seeking a Dishwasher to join our Dining Services department. This position is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our resort-style restaurants. The Dishwasher will focus primarily on general dishwashing duties, ensuring that all tasks are performed in accordance with the established Touchmark Gold Standards. We offer various schedules with no late nights, making it a great opportunity for those looking for flexible hours.

Requirements

• Patient, tactful, and flexible when dealing with residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, physicians, staff members, and the general public
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks
• Adherence to the Touchmark Gold Standards of behavior and performance, including Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion
• Willingness to work holidays and weekends
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Must be able to pass a drug and background test

Responsibilities

• Operate all necessary equipment to perform essential functions of the position
• Ensure dishwashing duties are performed in accordance with the established Touchmark Gold Standards
• Notify supervisor or management team if any repairs are needed
• Keep supervisor informed of all changes in equipment performance and of the need for supplies
• Maintain a clean environment and a healthy atmosphere for Residents, guests, and team members
