About The Position

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Dishwasher to join our team! As a Dishwasher, you’ll be an essential part of our kitchen crew, helping to maintain a clean & polished environment for our guests and staff.

Requirements

• A clean, efficient work style with a strong sense of urgency.
• Sharp attention to detail to ensure dishes and equipment meet our standards.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Comfort with handling water, steam, and the occasional splash - it comes with the territory!
• Able to lift 25lb regularly and up to 50lb occasionally.
• Can work 8 hours or more per shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the dish area with all necessary cleaning supplies and tools, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth service.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans, keeping a steady flow of clean items available for the kitchen and service teams.
• Keep the dish machine running properly by loading, unloading, and monitoring cleaning cycles with care and attention.
• Work efficiently to keep up with the pace of service, ensuring the kitchen never runs short of clean equipment.
• Follow instructions from the Chef and kitchen team, supporting a seamless flow of operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized dish station and back-of-house environment, following safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment that reflects our company values.
• Assist with additional cleaning and basic prep tasks as needed to support the overall success of the kitchen.
