The dishwasher/steward is responsible for cleaning the dishes and equipment used in the preparation and serving of events at Mayo Foundation House and Walters House. Coordinates with the manager and supervisors to maintain the dish room and all related storage areas in an efficiently organized manner. Accurately counts and labels all dishware, glassware, and silverware needed for setting upcoming events.
