The Dishwasher assists in maintaining the kitchen dishes, cups, glasses, flatware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, equipment, and work areas clean, orderly and sanitary. Although the Dishwasher may be assigned to specialize in one of three areas (i.e., washing dishes, washing pots and pans, or cleaning work areas), you are expected to be cross-trained and available to perform the duties in all three areas as well as to assist as requested with other Food Service tasks.
