About The Position
Provide Associates with clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware, pots, pans and equipment
Requirements
- Must be able to work 13-29 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Cleans and sanitizes utensils, plate ware, glassware and equipment according to department guidelines.
- Operates and maintains all cleaning and washing equipment at proper temperature and proper operating order.
- Properly dries and stores all utensils, plate ware, glassware, pots, pans and equipment.
- Maintains a clean floor
- Adheres to safe handling procedures for all cleaning compounds.
- Disposes of garbage in proper waste containers.
- Assists in some food and/or tray preparation as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Manger
