Responsibilities
- Proper dishwasher temperatures
- Proper chemical usage
- Maintain clean work area
- Equipment organization
- Dish rack organization
- Storage areas remain organized at all times
- Dish table system developed
- Able to cover both sides of dish machine
- Basic prep and cleaning procedures when business slows
- Help stock dish and glassware in proper areas
- Assist with trash and cardboard removal
- Dishes are returned cleaned and ready for use
- Dish machine is detail cleaned and in good working order
- Cleaning list completed daily
- Efficiency with tasks and time
