The Dishwasher is considered the backbone of the business, solely responsible for the circulation of all tools. They ensure all dishes, glasses, silverware, and kitchen equipment are clean and ready to use whenever needed, ultimately supporting all areas of the restaurant and ensuring uninterrupted business flow. Once hired, individuals will be trained in their area of expertise to ensure capability and understanding of safety and sanitation, and will be trained on kitchen standards to contribute and excel in a team service environment. The role requires following all company standards and guidelines, and performing opening, on-going, and closing side-work duties.
