ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Performs duties in compliance with safety procedures, which includes use of safety equipment. Responsible for following safety procedures, identifying unsafe practices or conditions, and informing their supervisor or the Safety Committee of unsafe conditions, as directed. 2. Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position. Employees are expected to be punctual and consistently present during their scheduled work hours to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business. 3. Wears and maintains all uniforms properly, including nametag. Must wear a gaming license if in possession of one. 4. Washes and sanitizes dirty dishes, utensils, and other items as needed. 5. Empties trash, sweeps and mops floors, and wipes down work stations to ensure the kitchen is in pristine condition. 6. Cleans other restaurant areas, as requested or required. 7. Develops, maintains, and enhances positive relations with all guests and employees. 8. Alerts supervisor of any concerns regarding the quality, selection, and variety of all food and beverages. 9. Follows established security protocols to ensure that the restaurant work environment is safe. 10. Maintains alertness for performance of all responsibilities and a general awareness of restaurant operations at all times. Keeps their supervisor informed of any concerns. 11. Receives training, technical direction, and guidance from supervisor. 12. Perform all duties in compliance with safety standards, health standards, the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, and internal policies and procedures. 13. Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure. Demonstrated experience problem solving, organizing, and prioritizing work. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Graduation from high school or equivalent is preferred. No previous experience is required, however, prior dishwashing knowledge or experience within a hospitality, restaurant, or gaming environment is desirable.
