Our dishwashers are responsible for providing clean and sanitized tableware for our guests and clean pots, pans, and utensils for the kitchen. Requirements
- Minimum age 16 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
- Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
- Able to competently operate the dish machine
- Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
Responsibilities
- Follow food safety guidelines for washing, drying, and storing dishes and utensils
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Keep equipment clean and the work area organized
- Complete duties without constant supervision
