YOUR ROLE IN THE CENTRAL KITCHEN As a Utility & Dishwasher Team Member, you are responsible for the overall cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the commissary kitchen and facility. Your day may include: Washing, sanitizing, and organization of dishes, utensils, sheet pans, and production equipment Maintaining spotless floors and work areas throughout the shift Managing trash, recycling, and sanitation systems Assisting with organization of storage areas and walk-ins Supporting minor facility upkeep and reporting maintenance needs Ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards This role requires someone who is proactive, dependable, and not afraid of hard work. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position requires work in a commercial kitchen environment with: Frequent exposure to high temperatures and extreme cold (walk-in coolers/freezers) Regular contact with water and sanitation solutions Contact with produce, dairy products, and common allergens (nuts, citrus, gluten) Extended periods of standing and walking Bending, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds Repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and fingers Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to communicate clearly and avoid dangerous situations
