Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
  • Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area at all times
  • Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
  • Assist with light prep tasks or kitchen support when needed
  • Keep floors dry and safe to prevent hazards
  • Monitor chemical levels and follow proper sanitation procedures
  • Support cooks and service staff by ensuring equipment is available and ready
