Essential Functions: Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members. Wash all dishes, glassware, and silverware, making sure they are clean, dry and spot free. Keep dish area, machine, and racks clean and organized. Stock all clean dishes in storage locations. Take trash out of garbage cans and transport to the dumpster. Replacing all can liners. Drain dish machine and disassemble parts for cleaning. Sweep and Mop every shift or as needed. Perform all other duties as assigned. Keeping chemicals full and replacing them when needed using the proper PPE (personal protective equipment) Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures. Knowledge of all promotions and events. All other duties as assigned. Non-essential Functions: Education & Experience: High School Graduate or equivalent Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Read, write, speak, and understand English Able to work flexible shifts Physical Requirements: Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations Respond to visual and aural cues Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to recognize potential food hazards This position is working with standard kitchen equipment, in coolers and freezers, sometimes slippery floors Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
