Job Overview: As a Dishwasher, you play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and Sanitization: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment. Ensure that all items are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and free of food residue. Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
• Kitchen Support: Assist kitchen staff by collecting and returning kitchen tools, pots, and pans to their designated areas. Empty and clean trash bins regularly to maintain a hygienic environment. Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or portioning ingredients, as needed.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on dishwashing equipment to ensure it operates efficiently. This includes cleaning out the dish trap and maintaining clean water flow. Report any malfunctioning equipment or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Stocking and Organization: Restock clean dishes, glassware, and utensils in their designated storage areas. Ensure that cleaning supplies and chemicals are properly stored and labeled.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents. Follow sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination. Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness, including wearing the appropriate uniform and protective gear.
