Responsibilities
- Wash dishware, flatware and kitchen cooking utensils in a timely manner.
- Maintain stock of clean dishes and flatware for dining room and cooks line.
- Wash rinse and sanitize pots and pans.
- dispose of trash into outside dumpster and clean trash cans.
- Maintain safe and clean working area.
