The Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. The Dishwasher also ensures the dish room and dish machine remain in proper working order and meet cleanliness standards. This role provides valuable exposure to kitchen operations, offering opportunities to learn additional responsibilities and grow into positions such as Dietary Server or Cook.
