Responsibilities

Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas
Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, monitor temperature logs, and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Work cooperatively with staff and residents
Assist with transporting supplies, disposing of waste, and keeping the kitchen organized
Comply with OSHA and other regulatory standards
