About The Position
Esplanade Lake Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a part-time Dishwasher! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
Requirements
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
- Regular and reliable attendance.
Responsibilities
- Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler, including sweeping & mopping of these areas
- Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
- Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and the exhaust system.
- Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Cleans, washes, and sanitizes all dishes, and cleans the kitchen after closing.
- Performs other duties as required
