About The Position
Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking all items brought to the dish area according to Oliveto policies and performance standards to maximize guest satisfaction and quality of work environment, preparing, cooking food to OIB SOP
Responsibilities
- Cleans and sanitizes all items brought to the dish area.
- Returns clean dishes, tumblers, pans, crocks, buckets and utensils to their proper place.
- Returns clean dishes to their proper place.
- Removes the full bus tubs of dirty dishes front the pizza, sauté, and bar areas and replaces them with clean tubs.
