About The Position

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Maintain a clean, organized and safe working station. Communicate with co-workers at shift change. Assist with putting away deliveries, rotating and organizing. 2. Load, run and unload dish machine. 3. Keep dish machine clean and report any functional and mechanical problems to the supervisor. 4. Comply with food service policies and procedures. 5. Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware. 6. Assist in food prep assignments when applicable. 7. Be willing and able to help co-workers as situations arise. 8. Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen. 9. Break down all boxes and dispose of them in the designated area. 10. Help in bussing of tables when necessary, under certain situations. 11. Must maintain hand washing since supplies and take out the trash. 12. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1\2 hours per day.
  • Have good dexterity in fingers, to be able to hold and manipulate product or machinery.
  • Able to work in hot and cold temperature extremes.
  • Be able to lift up to 50lbs and push or pull a flatbed cart weighing up to 300lbs.
  • Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach.
  • Must be able to taste, feel, smell, see and walk and be able to read, write and speak basic English
  • Obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
  • Obtain/maintain Food Handlers license.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 6 months experience in a similar capacity is preferred
