About our property: Workplace Hospitality Services is all of the best aspects of hospitality placed into a corporate workplace environment. What you will have an opportunity to do: Preparation Check in with Sous Chef Daily instructions Work closely with culinary team and assist when needed Problem Solving & Follow-Up Report maintenance/housekeeping needs and ensure timely resolution Follow up on requests until complete Team Support and Communication Maintain effective communication with all operating departments Daily Functions Primary duties are ware washing, cleaning of equipment, working with the culinary team to ensure that the kitchen is clean and ready for health department or EcoSure inspection at any time Ensures that the dishwasher is maintained and polished clean each day Maintain a safe, organized work area Ensures that all equipment is stored correctly when not in use and secured as required
