We are currently looking for team members to join our seasoned culinary team in the role of Kitchen Utility/Dishwasher Part-Time Evening Shift available: (4p - 11p) <30 hours/ week Starting Wage: $15.00 per hour The Kitchen Utility personnel is responsible for: Washing all dishware according to the highest sanitation standards Polishing silverware, platters, and chafing dishes Putting dishware away in proper location after wash and dry process Collecting and disposing of trash from all kitchen areas Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas including floors, shelves, countertops, cabinets, ice machines, etc. Inventorying cleaning supplies; including soaps, chemicals, and towels Assisting kitchen staff with weekly cleaning and maintenance list Other duties as assigned by Executive Chef

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Under 18 years of age must have work permit prior to working
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have a working knowledge of sanitary standards

Responsibilities

  • Washing all dishware according to the highest sanitation standards
  • Polishing silverware, platters, and chafing dishes
  • Putting dishware away in proper location after wash and dry process
  • Collecting and disposing of trash from all kitchen areas
  • Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas including floors, shelves, countertops, cabinets, ice machines, etc.
  • Inventorying cleaning supplies; including soaps, chemicals, and towels
  • Assisting kitchen staff with weekly cleaning and maintenance list
  • Other duties as assigned by Executive Chef
