Kindred Fare - A Spirited Cookery is a full-service, high volume restaurant located in the heart of the Finger Lakes with a focus on scratch cookery using seasonal & local ingredients. We have been featured in Forbes, Wine Spectator, Eater, and have won "Best Farm to Table Restaurant" four years in a row by The Finger Lakes Times Readers' Choice Awards. On Monday nights our culinary team works together to build a three-course themed prix fixe, something our community looks forward to each week. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dish station while overseeing the overall cleanliness of the kitchen. In addition to dishwashing duties, this role helps create and uphold a kitchen-wide cleanliness and sanitation program—including daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning routines. The Lead Dishwasher supports a smooth flow of service and plays a critical role in upholding food safety standards. This is not an entry-level position! We’re looking for someone with previous back-of-house experience in dishwashing or cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead by example.
