Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of plateware, silverware, utensils, tools, pots, and pans Takes out garbage and trash to dumpster area Washes work areas, refrigerators, cooking and washing equipment, walls, and floors Assembles and breaks down dish machines daily Maintains a clean and organized work environment Receives orders and puts them away following FIFO (First In, First Out) Performs minor food preparation tasks Monitors dish chemical levels and communicates when low or malfunctioning Checks and clears floor drains daily; keeps area safe and dry Organizes and places equipment and plateware in correct storage areas Works safely in hot and damp environments; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
