About The Position
The Holiday Inn & Conference Center is seeking motivated team-members within our Food & Beverage department! Please see below for the job description. Position requires occasional stooping, bending and lifting of up to 50 lbs. Working hours: Will vary dependent on hotel occupancy. Shift work - days and hours may vary from week to week. Ability to work weekends required. May have occasional overtime during special events and full occupancy. Schedule will be dictated by Food & Beverage Mgr.

Responsibilities
- Removes dirty dishes, glassware and silverware from stacking area and carries items back to the dishwashing area to be washed.
- Pre-washes dishes, pots, pans, etc., as needed before stacking in dishwasher.
- Operates dishwasher in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
- Dries dishes as needed and places them in proper storage area.
- Maintains a safe work area keeping area as clean and dry as possible.
- Mops work area and kitchen upon completion of shift.
- Performs other related duties as requested by the Food & Beverage Manager.
