About The Position

At Caesars Republic Scottsdale, Wolf by Vanderpump is an immersive rooftop dining experience from global hospitality icon Lisa Vanderpump. With dramatic design, high-volume energy, and beautifully presented food and drinks, the details matter — and that starts in the dish room. As a Dishwasher, you’ll be essential to the flow of the kitchen and front-of-house. Fast, focused, and dependable, you’ll keep everything clean, stocked, and ready to go — because the show can’t run without you.

Requirements

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen support experience in a restaurant setting preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• Ability to stay focused, organized, and efficient during busy shifts
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Operate dish machines to wash and sanitize all plates, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools
• Hand-wash specialty items as needed and ensure proper drying and storage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station and back-of-house areas
• Take out trash, clean mats, sweep/mop floors, and support overall kitchen sanitation
• Work quickly and efficiently to keep pace with a high-volume, fast-moving service
• Assist with restocking supplies and deliveries as needed
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel
