Job Summary: The Dishwasher is responsible for washing all wares including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers. Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned areas. They help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently. Cleans and organizes the back of house, including coolers, freezers, and storage areas. Cleans floors and removes garbage in front of house and back of house, restrooms, and parking lot. Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards. Accepting or rejecting ingredients from suppliers. Execute opening and closing procedures. Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers.
