We are seeking Dishwashers to maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition for guests. This role will ensure an exceptional guest experience that meets the high standards of Levy. Nice To Haves
- Organization: Must be methodical and possess good time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- High volume kitchen experience preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon food handler’s permit.
Responsibilities
- Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards. Consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to safety and sanitation standards. Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards.
- Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, guests, administrators and managers.
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
