Position Summary: Wash dishes and maintain tidiness and cleanliness in the kitchen. Sea Palms Resort features 123 rooms, an 18 hole golf course, and a full service on-site restaurant. Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Assist with kitchen prep work such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, or portioning ingredients.
- Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.
- Sweep or scrub floors.
- Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned.
