Responsibilities

• Maintain Cleanliness : Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils according to cleaning schedules and procedures
• Set Up and Operate : Prepare dishwashing and pot washing areas, and operate equipment properly
• Distribute and Store : Return clean dishes and utensils to their proper storage locations
• Clean Kitchen Areas : Sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and surfaces as scheduled
• Handle Waste Management : Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen areas
