About the role The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs
  • Ability to walk / stand for entire shift
  • Maricopa County Food Handlers
  • Must be comfortable around industrial size dish machines and have the ability to learn their operation
  • The ability to have strong communication skills between co-workers and guests.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
  • Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
  • Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
  • Maintain the silver polishing program
  • Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
