Responsibilities include washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, both by hand and using dishwashers. The position requires placing clean items in designated storage areas, maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations. The Dishwasher will also assist with unloading and storing deliveries and perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor. Physical stamina is required for standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.
