About The Position

The Dishwasher role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment. Responsibilities include washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, both by hand and using dishwashers. The position requires placing clean items in designated storage areas, maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations. The Dishwasher will also assist with unloading and storing deliveries and perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor. Physical stamina is required for standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.

Nice To Haves

Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas.
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area.
Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines.
Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor.
