The dishwasher is charged with ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, cookware, and kitchen equipment, either by hand or using a commercial dishwashing machine. This role is also tasked with supporting overall kitchen hygiene by assisting with cleaning pots and pans, removing trash to designated disposal areas, sweeping and mopping floors, and sanitizing work surfaces. The Dishwasher plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. The Dishwasher will have a schedule either 8AM-4PM and held to every other weekend, and holiday rotation .
