Responsible for washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment Operate commercial dish machines and follow proper sanitation procedures Maintain cleanliness of the dish room, kitchen floors, and work areas Assist with trash removal and recycling as needed Support kitchen staff during peak meal periods Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation guidelines Help with light cleaning or prep tasks when time allows Work in a fast-paced but supportive team environment
