Job Summary Wash dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans using machine and manual cleaning methods. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sort and rinse dirty dishes and place them in racks of dish machine. Wash pots, pans, trays and other large cooking containers by hand. Sort and stack clean dishes and deliver them to appropriate areas. Fill and empty sinks with proper cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards. Perform other general restaurant cleaning duties as directed. Wipe up spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry. Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
