About The Position

This is an essential role in maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen
environment. The position requires standing for long periods, frequent bending
and kneeling, and the ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. Work may be
performed in various settings, including on casino floors with exposure to
second-hand smoke and crowd noise. This role requires working varied shifts,
including weekends and holidays.
